MInecraft Mobs

Chickens are common through Minecraft and a great source of food. Every few minuets they drop eggs. You can kill them and they drop feathers and raw chicken meat.

Cows are common and the only way to get milk in Minecraft so if you want to bake a cake you need cows. Cows drop raw steak and leather when killed.

Pigs are found a lot in Minecraft. If you put a saddle on them to ride them and if you get one you can lead them with a carrot on a stick. Pigs drop Raw mutton when killed.

Cats usually spawn around villages and are very quick so be sneaky catching them. You can tame cats using fish. Cats drop string when killed.

In Minecraft you can tame a dog with a bone you can get one from killing a skeleton. If you kill a dog it will drop nothing.

Skeletons are hostile mobs and have a bow and arrows. They burn in the daylight and when killed drop bones, any armor they may be wearing, arrows and their bow.

Spiders are not a rare site to see. they are passive during the day and hostile during the night. In hard mode they (really really rarely) can spawn with potion effects such as speed, strength or regeneration. When killed they will drop string or a spider eye.

Cave spiders are more dangerous versions of normal spiders. these hostile mobs are everywhere in caves and spawn by cobwebs making it harder to escape them. They also have a poison attack. When killed they drop string or a spider eye.

Baby skeletons are a quicker, more dangerous version of normal skeletons. When killed drop bones, any armor they may be wearing, arrows and their bow the, same as the adult version.

If you see a dolphin then you're close to a shipwreck. Feed them fish and they lead you to it. If you swim by them you swim faster. If you kill them they drop nothing.

These fish are similar to cod but just more colorful. Like other aquatic animals if they are out of water for too long they will die. If you kill them they drop tropical fish.
